Ancient and Modern
The design of renovation has well-maintained the typical characteristics of Chinese ancient palace. The designers asked the professional painters to repaint the faded pictures outside of the restaurant. Inside, the golden dragon plays the key role. Either the ceiling, light decoration, tableware, or the carpet is designed with the Chinese-palace elements. And its entrance sheds the broad-space view of dining area. What’s more, numerous window seats, well-managed and separated, provide best views to look over Taipei City. 4 different private rooms for options include Golden Plum, Golden Orchid, Golden Bamboo and Golden. In all, the restaurant can accommodate 150 guests.
Upgrading Cantonese delicacy
The Restaurant particularly features its Cantonese cuisines. The state-banquet chefs study the Cantonese dishes and apply the typical Cantonese cooking skills: stew, fry, steam, and simmer on the new menu. The unchanged foods, dim sum and other popular snacks, will be still served. For new ideas of the menu, the General Manager, Mr. Chiang, Tsu-Hsiung with a team particularly visited famous restaurants in Hong Kong. After countless efforts, soon more new delicacy will be on the show.
