1. What are the attractions included in the cultural tour itinerary?
Time Corridor, East Secret Passage, Mystery Garden, Residence of Ms. Kung→(take the shuttle bus)Short Stone Wall of Taiwan Grand Shrine outside the Yuanshan Club, Spring Stone Lantern are introduced along the route → get off at the driveway by the entrance → redeem souvenirs at the Delivery Service Center in the Lobby(the guided tour with registration procedures included takes around 60 minutes).

 

2. How do I book a cultural guided tour itinerary?
Only guests who booked suitable accommodation or meal programs may participate in the East Secret Passage itinerary. 3. When does each session of the guided tour start?
The sessions start at 09:30, 10:30, 14:30, and 16:00 daily.

 

4. What languages are available for the Yuan-Shan guided tour? How do I book?
The guided tour is mainly given in Mandarin. Please call 02-2886-1818 ext. 1818 in advance for groups of 20 or more in English or Japanese. We only provide this service to a group of more than 20 people.

 

5. What should I do if I lose something in the hotel during the guided tour?

6. Is free parking available for tour participants?
Guests who dine at the designated restaurants for the program may receive a redemption of three-hour parking fees for parking on the same day. 7. Is there a limit to the number of tour participants?
To maintain the quality of the guided tours, we have a limit of 20 people for each group, as a large number of visitors visiting at the same time may affect the arrangement of traffic flow. We may group visitors differently according to the situation if there are more than 20 people.

 

8. Are children allowed to visit?
For safety reasons, each child under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent(excluding the audio guide).

 

9. The Directorate-General of Personnel Administration has announced the suspension of work and classes; thus, the tour activities are suspended. What about my booking? Can I still participate?

10. When do I have to check in at the tour front desk before the start of the tour itinerary?
Please complete the check-in and ticket purchase process 15 minutes before the tour; no extensions, delaying, rescheduling, or standby will be allowed.

To maintain the tranquility of the space and the quality of the visit, the Hotel refuses unauthorized narrations, and strictly prohibits guided tours by external organizations. The Hotel may advise and stop any behavior that interferes with the orderly visits in the Hotel.
